Jestem absolwentką Akademii Wychowania Fizycznego i Sportu im. Jędrzeja Śniadeckiego w Gdańsku. Na tej samej uczelni ukończyłam również studia podyplomowe z Odnowy Biologicznej oraz kurs masażu I stopnia.

Po studiach w Polsce, kolejne kwalifikacje zdobyłam w Wielkiej Brytanii. Otrzymałam Dyplom najwyższego stopnia BTEC poziom 5 (Business and Technology Education Council) w Londyńskiej Szkole Masażu Sportowego i Leczniczego (London School of Sport and Remedial Massage) w zakresie klinicznej terapii masażu sportowego i leczniczego. Jednocześnie uzyskując członkostwo w Instytucie Masażu Sportowego i Leczniczego w Londynie (Institute of Sport &Remedial Therapy).

Swoje 15 letnie doświadczenie zawodowe zdobyłam w klinikach fizjoterapeutycznych u boku brytyjsko-nowozelandzkiego zespołu specjalistów fizjoterapii i trenerów personalnych, pracując z pacjentami prowadzącymi siedzący tryb życia, jak również aktywnymi fizycznie na poziomie sportowo-rekreacyjnym w takich dyscyplinach jak: biegi długodystansowe, triatlon, Iron Man, kolarstwo, golf, tenis, wspinaczka sportowa, podnoszenie ciężarów, trening siłowy, piłka nożna.
